Pet Restrictions
Small quiet pets are permitted with $25 monthly pet fee (per pet) pending approval of pet application. Pets should be spayed or neutered. Townhouses allow a maximum 3 pets, apartments allow a maximum of 2. Dogs, if allowed, must be under 20" measured from the head. The acceptability of a breed and height is at the discretion of the building manager.
